Overview

Part time, 24.5 hours working a 3 on 3 off rotation, 8 am to 3 pm. As Head Housekeeper at HC‑One, you’ll value kindness above all.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cleaning rota and daily schedules
• Lead by example and support your team
• Oversee laundry for personal and shared items
• Order cleaning products and supplies
• Follow and update infection control procedures
• Keep records and complete cleaning checks
• Ensure safety and COSHH guidelines are met

Qualifications

Experience in housekeeping and team leadership skills. Organised, aware of Health & Safety and infection control. Friendly, positive, kind in every conversation and task. Safeguarding training and ability to recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect.
