A healthcare organization in East Hagbourne is seeking a Head Housekeeper to manage porters and cleaning staff at Didcot Community Hospital. This full-time role includes overseeing service standards and collaborating with nursing staff to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Candidates should have experience in housekeeping and strong team management skills. The position involves flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
We are recruiting for a Head Housekeeper to join our team at the Didcot Community Hospital to manage porters and cleaners in order to ensure that all service standards are met and maintained.
The housekeeping team works closely with nursing staff to ensure a clean and safe environment for our patients as well as overseeing catering provisions. The role is full time (37.5 hours per week) and will involve shift work (7am - 3pm and 11am-7pm), weekends and bank holidays over a rolling rota, which will be paid at an enhanced rate.
