Job summary

Sofitel London Heathrow is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department at our luxury hotel. You will oversee operations to maintain the highest cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction, while driving team development and adherence to brand standards.

In this senior role you will manage staffing, budgets, and safety compliance, coaching staff to continually improve service quality in a fast-paced, 5-star environment.

• Support departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures.
• Manage staffing levels to cover business demands.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Address any guest concerns promptly, attentively and efficiently.
• Coach, train, and support the team to provide consistently high standards while continually looking to improve.

The 45 meeting rooms include a flexible ballroom accommodating up to 1,300 delegates.

The Head Housekeeper in our luxurious hotel oversee's housekeeping operations to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout, creating a welcoming and immaculate environment that consistently exceeds guests’ expectations.

• Ensure the housekeeping team maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Be a hands-on and visible leader to the team, motivating them with your passion for hospitality and desire to improve.
• Guide the Housekeeping team to ensure company brand standards of quality and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
