Job summary

Intercontinental London O2, nestled on Greenwich Peninsula and attached to the O2, seeks a Floor Housekeeper to maintain the highest standards in bedrooms and bathrooms. You will ensure rooms are well-presented, coach team members, and coordinate spring cleaning while maintaining stock levels to support guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Make sure all guest rooms look well-presented by performing room checks and ensuring they have been cleaned to our excellent standards.
• Clean rooms when necessary, setting the standards for all housekeeping team.
• Coach, guide and mentor the room attendants daily.
• Coordinate spring cleaning schedules of bedrooms and corridors.
• Maintain correct stock levels in housekeeping stores and check that it is stored properly.
• Engage with guests to promote guest loyalty and memorable experiences.

Floor Housekeeper in our team maintain the highest standards of cleanliness of our hotel bedrooms and bathrooms. They are instrumental in creating a memorable stay for each of our guests.
