Holiday Inn Express and Crowne Plaza Terminal 4 form a dual-brand hotel connected to terminal 4 via a covered walkway. It sits by Heathrow, with 457 bedrooms at the Express and 304 rooms plus meeting spaces at Crowne Plaza.

The property offers on-site dining, a fitness studio and ample parking for guests and staff. As a housekeeping supervisor, you will maintain the highest cleanliness standards in bedrooms and bathrooms, coach room attendants, and help coordinate spring cleaning schedules while

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean and well-presented to high standards.
• Clean rooms when necessary and lead the housekeeping team by example.

• Coordinate spring cleaning of bedrooms and corridors.
• Maintain stock levels in housekeeping stores and ensure proper storage.
• Engage with guests to promote loyalty and memorable experiences.

A bit about what you will do...

Housekeeping supervisors in our team maintain the highest standards of cleanliness of our hotel bedrooms and bathrooms. They are instrumental in creating a memorable stay for each of our guests.

• Making sure all guest rooms look well-presented by performing room checks ensuring they have been cleaned to our excellent standards.
• Clean rooms when necessary, setting the standards for the housekeeping team.
• Coach, guide and mentor the room attendants daily.
• Co-ordinate spring cleaning schedules of bedrooms and corridors.
• Maintain correct stock levels in housekeeping stores and check that it is stored properly.
• Engage with guests to promote guest loyalty and memorable experiences.
