A leading dental network in Okehampton is seeking a Head Dental Nurse to lead the dental team and support the Practice Manager. The role involves planning rotas, managing materials, and ensuring quality patient care. You’ll be joining us at our practice in Okehampton (EX20 1DZ)
The role is predominantly Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm (with occasional Saturday with notice to cover holiday).

As a Head Dental Nurse, you’ll be responsible for leading the Dental Nurse team in the practice and will support the Practice Manager with planning rotas, people management, materials stock management and the development of Students and Trainee Dental Nurses. You will also support clinicians to deliver a full range of high-quality dental treatments and help to ensure the smooth running of your surgery and the practice.
