Your role as Head Chef is critical in ensuring the heartbeat of the venue—the kitchen, where you'll ensure every plate leaving the pass is executed perfectly to spec, upholding our premium standards and driving sales through quality. Working alongside the Kitchen team, you will be instrumental in the commercial success of the back‑of‑house, actively owning GP management and meticulous stock control. More critically, you'll be a leader who actively recruits, inspires, and drives the development of your kitchen team. From training to flawless Health & Safety compliance, you are essential in maintaining a high‑performing, ambitious, and compliant operation that is ready to smash targets.
