Job summary

Prezzo Italian in Exmouth is hiring a Head Chef to lead our kitchen, drive operational excellence, control costs, and ensure every plate reflects Hospitality Magic.

You’ll mentor a passionate team, manage stock and waste with HACCP compliance, partner with the GM, and deliver memorable guest experiences on every shift. This role offers £15.45-£17.51 per hour and a benefits package including free meals, birthday off, 50% off food, wellbeing support, and retail discounts.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership as Head Chef or Senior Sous in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen finance (P&L, stock, waste) and HACCP compliance.
• Energetic coach who develops people and fosters a positive, high-performing culture.
• Guest-focused with a commitment to quality and memorable dining experiences.
