Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen with energy and a hands-on approach. You’ll steer daily operations, control stocks and costs, and mentor a passionate team to deliver consistently high-quality dishes.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Expert knowledge of kitchen finance including P&L, stock, waste and HACCP compliance.
• Energetic, proactive coach who develops people and maintains a positive, high-performing culture.
• Commitment to delivering a memorable guest experience.
