Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a high-energy Sous Chef to lead an active kitchen alongside the Head Chef in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive excellence in service, uphold HACCP and safety standards, and coach junior chefs to deliver consistent plates with pride during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP requirements.
• Ability to manage stock, waste and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen alongside the Head Chef, ensuring high standards and fast service.

The Role
