Job summary

Prezzo Italian is seeking a high-energy Head Chef to lead the kitchen with purpose. You’ll oversee daily operations, manage stock and costs, and mentor a team to ensure every plate leaves the pass with pride and consistency.

You’ll work closely with the GM to deliver Hospitality Magic, create memorable guest experiences, and drive a successful restaurant. This role rewards leadership, passion, and a commitment to excellent food and service.

Qualifications

• Proven Leadership experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen finance including P&L, stock, and waste management.
• Commitment to safety, HACCP compliance and high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality and timely service.
• Mentor and develop the kitchen team, driving a positive, high-performing culture.
• Oversee stock control and cost management, working with the GM to deliver hospitality excellence.
