• Previous Barista experience in a busy café/bar ready to lead.
• Knowledge of making all types of coffee and teaching others.
• Eager to create memorable experiences for guests and colleagues.

What you’ll do…

• Lead the team by example in delivering a smooth service that strives for the best for the guest in a fast‑paced environment
• Work closely with the rest of the restaurant team in delivering both table and lobby service
• Take ownership of your coffee section, making sure it’s always stocked, looking great and able to deliver a Hox level of service
• Be our coffee champion and share your ideas on developing our coffee & juice menu
• Know your product and systems inside out

Qualifications

• Previous Barista experience in a busy café / bar ready to step up and lead a team
• You know how to make all types of coffees out there and can teach them to others
• You’re looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here
