Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of hardy plants, including perennials, shrubs, and trees.

• Experience in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in leading, mentoring, and motivating the hardy plant team.
• Maintain and refresh hardy plant displays.
• Oversee stock levels and ensure quality and availability.
• Conduct sales analysis and produce reports.
• Provide knowledgeable, friendly advice to customers.
