Key Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in leading, mentoring, and motivating the hardy plant team.

• Provide knowledgeable, friendly advice to customers.

About You

• Strong knowledge of hardy plants, including perennials, shrubs, and trees.
• Retail experience, ideally in a garden centre or similar environment.
• Experience in a supervisory capacity – or capability to step up.
• A keen commercial eye and an ability to analyse data, then make targeted improvements/decisions based on data.
• Hands‑on, proactive approach to daily operations and merchandising.
