Working for this well-established technology company as a field-based Hardware Engineer, your role involves visiting customers daily, undertaking both reactive and pre planned maintenance on a variety of different equipment falling under the Multi-Functional Devices (MFD) remit. You ll need exposure to dealing with printing, scanning and copying devices on both the hardware and basic software aspects.

Salary - £30,000 per annum + Company Car

Location Midlands (Ideally living in Derbyshire or Nottinghamshire)

Role Type Permanent / 9-5 / Mon-Fri

The Role
  • You’ll receive initial training on products specifics and then you’ll quickly move into the field, using your existing experience with MFPs and/or printers to deliver exceptional post-sales support.
  • The role sees you installing and maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and carrying out preventative maintenance to ensure peak performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Your day-to-day will include resolving technical faults, advising customers, managing stock levels, completing accurate reports, and keeping in close contact with our call centre.
  • You\'ll also train customers on equipment use, maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach at all times.
  • A full UK Driving License is required to be considered for this opportunity.
