• Ideally hold a counterbalance forklift licence.
• Clean driving licence essential.
• Must live within easy access of the Hayes / Greenford area.
• Strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including picking, packing, and stock location management.
• Provide flexible support, including covering driving duties when required.
• Use route-planning software confidently.
• Lock up the warehouse at the end of each day.
• Ensure high standards of organisation, cleanliness, and health & safety.
• Support and motivate warehouse staff as needed.
