Actian in the United Kingdom is seeking a highly technical Tech Lead to guide a small feature team of 3–4 engineers. You will write high-quality backend code, architect scalable cloud-native SaaS systems using Scala, Python, and TypeScript, and mentor the team by example.

• Strong English communication to align with Product Owners.
