Job summary

Node4 is seeking a HaloITSM Platform Administrator to join our Internal Systems team. You will lead the rollout and migration from ServiceNow to HaloITSM, with emphasis on reliable configuration and service delivery.

In this senior role you will own platform maturity, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across business units to ensure enterprise-wide efficiency and strong SLA adherence. You will also train user champions and document best practices to sustain knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Foundational IT skills across Windows and Office 365.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Excellent communication and teamwork across functions.
Ability to document processes and maintain knowledge bases.

Responsibilities

Lead configuration and migration efforts for HaloITSM.
Own platform governance, changes, and reporting.
Collaborate with Managed Services, Networking, and IT teams to standardise work.
Develop and maintain documentation for workflows and configurations.
