Village is seeking a Host Manager to lead the lobby team, delivering a warm welcome and personal experience even when guests use self-check-in tech. You’ll read guest needs, resolve issues on the spot, and ensure a memorable check-out that encourages return visits.

You’ll drive upselling, manage wage costs to align with brand standards, and push the team to hit ADR and 100% Club Fill targets while fostering a supportive culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead a fast-paced Host Team to deliver warm, personal welcome and read guest needs.
• Resolve on-the-spot issues with empathy and quick thinking to keep guests happy.
• Drive upselling and manage wage costs to align with brand standards; monitor ADR and Club Fill targets.
• Recruit, coach, and engage the team through regular check-ins to sustain motivation.
