Village Hotels is seeking an enthusiastic Reception Host to welcome guests, guide them to self-check-in terminals, and resolve on-the-spot issues with a smile. You will promote on-site Food & Beverage offerings and assist with event-related inquiries during stays.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and approachable personality.

Responsibilities

• The Welcome: guide guests to self-check-in and greet with a warm, friendly face.
• The Problem Solving: handle issues on the spot with calm, polite, effective resolution.
• The Commercial Hustle: upsell Food & Beverage, meetings, and events when appropriate.
• The Operations: maintain front-of-house standards and safe cash handling.
