Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is recruiting Guest Service Assistants to be at the heart of the guest experience. You’ll receive full training to work across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events, kick‑starting your hospitality career in a supportive host environment.

You’ll build genuine relationships with guests, assist with check‑in/out, food and beverage service, conference setups and banqueting, and help maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and guest-facing skills.
• Proactive approach: you notice what needs doing and make it happen.
• Comfortable using technology and hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Support with check in/out, food and beverage service, conference set-ups, and banqueting.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and adapt to each individual.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas.
• Help the hotel meet brand standards and company goals by delivering outstanding service.
