Job summary

Kew Green Hotels are seeking a Guest Service Assistant to deliver outstanding hospitality across reception, food and beverage, and events. You will be trained to work across guest-facing areas, kicking off your career in hospitality. The role reports to the Guest Service Manager and emphasizes guest experience and teamwork.

We welcome friendly, motivated individuals who can adapt to various guest interactions. Training is provided, and adjustments can be discussed during recruitment.

Qualifications

• Passion for people and hospitality; experience is welcome but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proactive approach; identifies what needs to be done and does it.
• Comfortable using technology, including MS Office and similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Support with tasks including check in/out, food and drink service, conference set-ups, and banqueting.
• Build genuine relationships with guests, adapting your approach to each individual.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas.
• Help the hotel meet brand standards and company goals by delivering outstanding service every shift.
• Represent our values and culture, keeping guest experience at the centre of everything you do.
