Job summary

Kew Green Hotels invites you to join our Guest Service team as a Guest Service Assistant. You’ll work across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events, providing friendly, proactive service while building relationships with guests and maintaining presentation across areas.

Full training will cover hospitality essentials, and you’ll have opportunities for career development through funded apprenticeships and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Experience is welcome but not essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Support with check in/out, food and drink service, conference setups and banqueting.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and adapt approach to individuals.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across guest areas.
• Help meet brand standards and company goals by delivering outstanding service every shift.
