Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Assistant to join our front-of-house team. You’ll work across reception, restaurant and bar, delivering warm, efficient service that makes guests feel welcome.

Training will be provided to cover all guest-facing areas, from check-in to events. A proactive, team-oriented attitude and comfort with MS Office help you thrive in a busy hotel environment. We offer funded apprenticeships, staff discounts, gym and leisure access, and wellbeing support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Support with check in/out, food and drink service, conference set-ups, and banqueting.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and adapt your approach to each individual.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas.
• Help the hotel meet brand standards and company goals by delivering outstanding service each shift.
• Represent our values and culture, keeping guest experience at the centre of everything you do.
