Qualifications

• Experience is not essential, but passion for hospitality.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Proactive and able to anticipate tasks.
• Comfortable using MS Office and Opera Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Assist with check-in/out, food and drink service, conference set-ups and banqueting.
• Build relationships with guests and adapt to each individual.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across guest areas.
• Help meet brand standards and company goals by delivering outstanding service.
• Represent our values and guest-centric culture in every shift.
