Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Guest Service Assistant to deliver the highest level of guest service at our UK hotels. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, handle inquiries and bookings, and provide information on local attractions, while maintaining a welcoming front desk.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail to prevent errors in bookings.
• Basic computer skills; experience with hotel software such as Opera or Fidelio is a plus.
