Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Guest Service Assistant (Receptionist and Food & Beverage) to join our front office team. You will be the first and last point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth check-in/out and a welcoming, high-standard guest experience across hotel services.

In this role you will assist guests with reservations, upsell hotel services, and coordinate with colleagues to maintain security, health and safety, and brand standards across the property.

• Technical skills with Microsoft Office and hotel systems (Opera or Fidelio)

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes
