Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is looking for a Front Office team member to ensure a smooth guest check-in and check-out experience. You will engage with guests, handle reservations, and support across hotel operations to uphold the Aimbridge brand standards.

You will contribute to occupancy strategies, assist guests with services, and maintain a high level of service in line with security and health & safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for guest service.
• Strong organisational skills to manage reservations, check-ins and check-outs.
• Attention to detail to ensure bookings are accurate and revenues are maximised.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software such as Opera or Fidelio is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first and last point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth check-in/out process.
• Keep Front Office Manager informed of guest feedback and inter-department notes.
• Maximise room occupancy and use upselling techniques to promote services and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with security, fire regulations and health and safety legislation.
• Support colleagues across the hotel to deliver a first-class guest experience.
