Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is hiring Guest Service Assistants to deliver outstanding guest experiences at our hotels. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/out, handle inquiries and bookings, and maintain a welcoming front desk.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills for managing reservations and front desk flow.
• Detail-oriented to ensure accurate guest information and bookings.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and email; experience with hotel software helps.
