Tenpin Ltd (part of Ten Entertainment Ltd) is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to provide an outstanding guest experience at our Worcester centre. You will manage bookings, respond to enquiries, spot sales opportunities, host events, and help with food and drinks in a fast-paced, fun setting.

You will work across departments—from Laser Arena to Escape Rooms and karaoke rooms—ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and address enquiries, identifying sales opportunities.
• Host events and assist across departments, including Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms, and bar service.
• Maintain cleanliness and prepare food and drinks as required.
