Job summary

Tenpin in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver friendly, efficient service at the reception, bookings desk and in venues across our entertainment centres.

You will be part of a fun, fast-paced team, handle enquiries, upsell opportunities, host events, and support bar/food areas, lasers, karaoke and other activities as needed. The role offers a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication skills and a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude.
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
• Approachable, helpful, organised with strong attention to detail and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and address enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the venue.
• Prepare food and drinks and support bar/food areas.
• Work across departments, including Laser Arena, Escape Rooms and karaoke rooms.
