Job summary
Tenpin is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our fun-filled team in Worcester. You’ll manage reception bookings, answer enquiries and identify sales opportunities while hosting events and ensuring guests have a fantastic visit.
Join a vibrant venue with activities from bowling to Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms and parties. We value energy, a positive attitude and excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications
- Determined, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude.
- Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
- Approachable, helpful, organised and a strong team player, with good attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings and enquiries.
- Identify and act on sales opportunities and host events.
- Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean and welcoming.
- Collaborate across departments, including Laser Arena, Escape Room, Karaoke and parties.
- Be efficient, proactive, friendly and confident in customer interactions.
