Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a friendly Guest Service Assistant to help deliver outstanding service across reception and dining areas. You’ll join a team that brings guests a warm welcome and a cared-for experience, with full training to cover hotel guest-facing tasks.

As part of our guest-focused culture, you’ll support check in/out, event setups, banqueting, and daily operations while maintaining clean, well-presented spaces and building strong guest relationships.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for people and hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work as part of a team.
• A proactive approach. You notice what needs to be done and make it happen.
• Comfortable using technology, including MS Office and similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Support with tasks including check in/out, food and drink service, conference set-ups, and banqueting.
• Build genuine relationships with guests, adapting your approach to each individual.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas.
• Help the hotel meet brand standards and company goals by delivering outstanding service every shift.
• Represent our values and culture, keeping guest experience at the centre of everything you do.
