Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a friendly Guest Service Assistant to welcome guests and coordinate across reception, restaurant, bar and events. You’ll receive full training to work across all guest‑facing areas and start your hospitality career with us.

Reporting to the Guest Service Manager, you’ll build genuine relationships with guests, keep areas clean and presentable, and help the hotel meet brand standards while delivering outstanding service every shift.

Qualifications

• Interest in hospitality and guest service; experience not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Proactive mindset and initiative.
• Comfortable with MS Office and similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Check in/out, food and drink service, conference set-ups, and banqueting.
• Build genuine relationships with guests, adapting your approach to each individual.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas.
• Help the hotel meet brand standards and company goals by delivering outstanding service every shift.
• Represent our values and culture, keeping guest experience at the centre of everything you do.
