Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Support with check in/out, food and drink service, conference setup and banqueting.

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas.
• Help meet brand standards and company goals by delivering outstanding service each shift.
• Represent values and culture with guest experience at the centre of actions.
