Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Assistant to welcome guests and support across reception, restaurant, bar, and events. You’ll receive full training to work in all guest-facing areas, helping start a career in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Assist with check in/out, food & beverage service, conference set-ups and banqueting.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and adapt approach per guest.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across guest areas.
• Help meet brand standards and company goals through service quality.
• Represent values and culture, keeping guest experience central.
