Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Support check-in/check-out, food and drink service, conference setups, and banqueting.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and tailor approach per guest.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas.
• Help meet brand standards and company goals by delivering outstanding service.
• Represent values and culture, keeping guest experience at the centre of everything you do.
