Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Assistant to help deliver outstanding hospitality across reception, restaurant and events. You’ll receive full training to work in all guest-facing areas and start a rewarding career in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Assist with check in/out, food and drink service, conference setups and banqueting.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and adapt to each individual.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas.
• Support the hotel in meeting brand standards and company goals.
