Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd is seeking a Restaurant Customer Advisor to deliver excellent customer service across our Restaurants, assist with transactions, promote membership, and support daily store operations. You will work on the shopfloor and in restaurant service, gaining diverse skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will be passionate about hospitality, reliable, and eager to learn, thriving in a busy setting and aligning with our values of teamwork and customer delight.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role within hospitality.
• Passion for delivering a great customer experience.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual and well-presented.
• Willing to learn and gain new skills in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transactions and store inquiries.
• Promote Dobbies Club membership to drive sales.
• Handle queries with product knowledge including allergies and dietary requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the store.
• Support stock, till work, deliveries and restaurant service as required.
