Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd is seeking a Restaurant Customer Advisor to deliver an exceptional customer experience across our restaurant areas. You will assist customers with transactions, promote the Dobbies Club membership and share product knowledge to answer queries, including dietary needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role within hospitality or retail.
• Able to explain products and promotions to customers.
• Demonstrates a friendly, proactive and flexible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service across the store and restaurants.
• Promote membership benefits and drive sales through customer interactions.
• Answer queries with strong product knowledge, including allergies and dietary needs.
• Help maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the store.
• Support stock, till duties, and other store areas as required.
