Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd is seeking a Restaurant Customer Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service across our restaurant and store areas. You will assist customers with transactions, promote the Dobbies Club membership, and help with queries on products, allergies and dietary needs.

You will work on the restaurant floor and shopfloor, supporting stock, cash handling, deliveries and other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service in hospitality or retail.
• Ability to handle queries with product knowledge, including dietary considerations.
• Proactive team player who supports store operations during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service across the store and restaurant area.
• Promote Dobbies Club membership to drive sales and engagement.
• Assist customers with queries, allergies and dietary requirements with product knowledge.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the store and dining areas.
• Assist with stock, till work, take-to-car deliveries and other store tasks when required.
