Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd is hiring a Restaurant Customer Advisor to deliver an exceptional customer experience in our Restaurants. You will assist customers, handle transactions and promote the Dobbies Club membership, contributing to a welcoming dining environment.

You will work with a friendly team to keep standards high, support stock and restaurant service, and adapt across store areas as needed, bringing energy and a positive, can-do attitude to every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience within a customer facing role and passion for working within hospitality.
• Works well within a team, builds relationships and has fun, whilst celebrating success.
• Shows up to work on time, well presented and brings a can do and hardworking attitude.
• Eager to learn new skills and gain new experiences.
• Flourishes in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Giving great customer service by helping customers with various transactions across the store.
• Driving sales through customer interactions, whilst promoting the benefits of the Dobbies Club membership.
• Offering a helping hand with customer queries through great product knowledge as well as allergies and dietary requirements.
• Working with your team to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of your store.
• You will also work on the shopfloor and other areas of the store as and when required, this may include working stock, cash handling, till work, take to car deliveries, stock control routines, restaurant service– an ideal opportunity to gain more skills and experience.
