Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Newcastle is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the front desk team, set service standards, and ensure smooth operation of all guest touchpoints. You’ll drive guest satisfaction and support daily hotel operations on a busy shifts schedule.

You’ll act as an ambassador for Leonardo Hotels, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with other departments to deliver memorable experiences. Duties include overseeing duty manager shifts and delivering KPI targets with a fun, Engaged team.

Responsibilities

• Direct the strategic initiatives and objectives of the Front Office department and manage day-to-day operations through team engagement.
• Act as an ambassador for Leonardo Hotel Newcastle and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, upholding company vision and values.
• Lead a vibrant front office team to deliver exceptional guest service and exceed guest expectations.
• Complete Duty Manager shifts as required and collaborate with other departments to ensure memorable guest experiences.
