Job summary

Leonardo Leeds is seeking a Front Office Manager to direct the strategic initiatives of the Front Office and oversee daily operations in a busy hotel. You will lead a vibrant team, ensuring guests receive memorable service and that KPIs are met across the department.

As a hotel ambassador, you will collaborate with other departments, participate in Duty Manager shifts, and contribute to ongoing training and progression opportunities within the Leonardo Hotels estate.

Responsibilities

• Direct the strategic initiatives and objectives of the Front Office department.
• Manage day-to-day operations through the engagement of the team.
• Act as an ambassador for Leonardo Leeds and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate.
• Lead your team to deliver exceptional guest service and meet KPIs.
• Complete Duty Manager shifts and contribute to other hotel areas when needed.
