In this role, you will oversee Duty Manager shifts, mentor staff, and contribute to training programmes and progression opportunities within the hotel group.

Responsibilities

• Direct the strategic initiatives and objectives of the Front Office department.
• Manage day-to-day operations through engagement of the team.
• Act as ambassador for Leonardo Hotel Newcastle and the Leonardo Hotels estate, upholding service standards.
