• Ability to think quickly and fix issues as they arise.
• Comfort with digital ordering and showing guests how to use kiosks and the app.

Responsibilities

• Welcome first, always, greeting guests with energy and a smile.
• Know the menu inside out and help guests choose what’s right for them.
• Make tech easy by helping guests use kiosks or the app.
• Keep things moving, manage wait times, and communicate order status.
• Handle complaints calmly and escalate to the Team Leader when needed.
