Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy and a smile to make them feel valued
• Know the menu inside out and help guests choose the best options
• Assist guests with kiosks or the app and demonstrate ordering features
• Keep the flow smooth, monitor crowd levels, and update guests on order status
• Handle complaints calmly and escalate when needed to a Team Leader or GM
