You’ll spot issues, support the team, and aim to raise the bar for service every day, with opportunities to grow leadership skills within a busy, iconic brand.

• You know your way around digital ordering and can show guests how it works without stress.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome first, always — greet every guest with energy and a smile.
• Know the menu inside out — answer questions and highlight promos.
• Make tech feel easy — help guests use kiosks or the app and show how to customise and order.
• Keep it moving — watch crowd flow, reduce wait times, and inform guests of progress.
• Handle complaints like a pro — listen, stay calm, fix what you can, involve leadership when needed.
