• Comfort with digital ordering and kiosks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome first, always: greet guests with energy and a smile.
• Know the menu inside out: answer questions and highlight promos.
• Make tech feel easy: assist with kiosks and the app.
• Keep it moving: manage wait times and inform about orders.
• Handle complaints like a pro: listen, resolve, and escalate if needed.
