KFC Stockport - Peel Retail Park is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to greet guests, answer questions and assist with digital orders so service runs smoothly. You’ll spot issues, support the team and raise the bar for friendly, fast service.

You’ll guide customers through kiosks and the app, help keep lines moving, and ensure everyone feels valued. We welcome diverse backgrounds and support growth opportunities.

• Clear communication with guests and team.
• Ability to think quickly and resolve issues on the spot.
• Comfort with digital ordering and kiosks/app controls.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and positive energy.
• Answer questions, explain promos, and guide menu selections.
• Assist guests with kiosks and the app to ensure a smooth ordering experience.
• Keep wait times in check and communicate order status to customers.
• Escalate issues to the Team Leader or GM when needed.
